Welcome

Welcome to my Oakton home page. I am currently working full time at Rush North Shore Medical Center and have both management and non-management experience in the health information field for over 25 years. I have been working as an adjunct faculty at Oakton, over the last four years. I have a Master's degree in Health Services Management and Economics. I am a Registered Health Information Administrator and also a Certified Coding Specialist I usually teach CPT-4 coding for the physician office and Medicare insurance. I like to teach because I like to share the wealth of knowledge I gained throughout my career in the health care field to the future health information professionals.
