Oakton’s Earth Science faculty has more than 60 years of combined experience in teaching the mysteries of the earth. Our curriculum includes courses for both science majors and non-science majors in geology, environmental science, astronomy, oceanography, and meteorology. Lab-based courses allow students the opportunity to visually study geologic formations. Credit opportunities also exist for high school students.
