A knowledge of electronics is basic to many exciting careers in business, industry and medicine such as engineering team members, electronic engineering technicians, research engineering technicians, technical sales representatives, technical writers, customer service representatives, and more.

Many new products in development or currentlly on the drawing boards are electronic in nature. Change and growth are constants in this field, particularly in such areas as computers, computer networks, cable television, office machines, communications, control equipment, manufacturing, automation and medical electronic equipment.

Increasingly, small service companies as well as major industries need electronic service technicians, network managers, writers and sales representatives.
