Courses are designed for students intending to pursue baccalaureate studies in computer science or engineering programs. Direct laboratory experience supplements object-oriented programming techniques in the C++ and Java languages. Engineering majors can find numerically intensive courses in the C and FORTRAN 90 languages.

Many courses are offered online and are acceptable for transfer within the Illinois Articulation Initiative (IAI). Whether seeking to complete an associate's degree, earn a certificate, or just take a course for personal enrichment, Oakton students discover diverse options in Mathematics and Technologies that engage their talents and abilities.
