Courses are designed for
students intending to pursue baccalaureate studies in
computer science or engineering programs. Direct laboratory
experience supplements object-oriented programming techniques
in the C++ and Java languages. Engineering majors can
find numerically intensive courses in the C and FORTRAN
90 languages.
Many courses are offered online and are acceptable for
transfer within the Illinois
Articulation Initiative (IAI). Whether seeking to
complete an associate's degree, earn a certificate,
or just take a course for personal enrichment, Oakton
