In order to meet the prerequisite of an OCC course in Mathematics, students must have previously taken an OCC MAT course (please check the Mathematics Course Dependency Graph, showing the sequence and relationship of all math classes), or taken the Mathematics Assessment Test or have their transcripts examined by the Mathematics Department Placement Coordinator(s).  The job of the of the Coordinator is to clear a student's ability to meet the prerequisite of an OCC MAT course.  Current Mathematics Assessment Coordinator(s) and their hours of availability can be found under the following links.
