Important Deadlines

May 1, 2008

• Financial aid documentation and forms due in order to meet August 5 fall tuition payment due date. Information received after this date may not be processed to meet payment deadlines. Options to retain registration include: payment in full and tuition payment plan. Students who have paid or paid partial payment will still be considered for financial assistance.
• Wentcher Scholarship Application due.

May 5, 2008

• Complete spring 2008 Federal Financial Aid file (State deadline April 1, 2008).

June 9, 2008

• Complete summer 2008 Federal Financial Aid file.

August 2008

• Academic progress reviewed for fall 2008 financial aid recipients. Students who are not in compliance will be notified by mail of loss of financial aid beginning fall 2008 semester.

August 15, 2008

• Deadline to complete FAFSA for state grant consideration (continuing or returning applicant).
• Pell Grant recipients may begin requesting book vouchers for fall 2008.

September 30, 2008

• Deadline to complete FAFSA for state grant consideration (first-time applicant).

November 1, 2008

• Financial aid documentation and forms due in order to meet December 9 spring tuition payment due date for new financial aid applicants. Information received after this date may not be processed to meet payment deadlines. Options to retain registration include: payment in full and tuition payment plan. Students who have paid or paid partial payment will still be considered for financial assistance.

December 1, 2008

• Pell Grant recipients may begin requesting book vouchers for spring 2009.

January 2009

• Academic progress reviewed for fall 2008 financial aid recipients. Students who are not in compliance will be notified by mail of loss of financial aid beginning spring 2009 semester.

April 2009

• Students notified, by mail, if remaining financial aid available for summer 2009 semester.

April 1, 2009

Information received after this date may not be processed to meet payment deadlines. Options to retain registration include: payment in full and tuition payment plan.
