FREE READING CLASSES*
For American and intermediate ESL students who have difficulty with reading.
Master teachers direct trained volunteers to provide tutoring assistance.
Classes focus on developing reading skills to meet personal goals.
Three programs are offered
. Learn to Read to Learn
. Bridges to Academic Reading
. Bridges to Academic Writing
. Classes can be taken day or evening at one of several convenient locations
. Classes meet twice weekly for up to 3 hours over 11 weeks
. Courses are free to all students.
Counseling and Registration
Although best to join at the first session, students may
start at any time if space is available; students are encouraged
to discuss goals and needs with a counselor at registration.
