education in nursing by the American Nurses' Credentialing Center's
Commission Marriage And Family Therapists: Oakton Community College, Alliance for Lifelong Learning, Continuing Education for Health Professionals has been approved as a sponsor of continuing education in the 2006 - 2008 renewal period by the Marriage and Family Therapist Licensing Board of the State of Illinois Department of Professional Regulations, sponsor license number 168-000146. Respiratory Care Practitioners: Oakton Community College, Alliance for Lifelong Learning, Continuing Education for Health Professionals has been approved as a C.E. sponsor for Respiratory Care Practitioners, license no. 195-000010. Accreditation for Other Health Care Professional Continuing Education Activities: Educational achievement of select individual activities is also recognized by the following agencies: Illinois Department of Public Health (IDPH) for BNAT; IAODAPCA for Addiction Counselors; Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR) for Registered Dietitians/Dietetic Technicians. Other Professional Groups: The CEU is a specific, standard measure (10 contact hours) of educational achievement under the criteria of the International Association of Continuing Education and Training (IACET) to attest to 10 clock hour completion of continuing education activities.
