University of Wisconsin at Stout
March, 2008 - Oakton signed an articulation agreement with the Applied Science Program at University of Wisconsin at Stout. This program emphasizes providing students with hands on research experience. UW-Stouth has also received a grant to award students scholarships to major in Applied Sciences . College of Engineering at Southern Illinois University Carbondale

Blaudow/ATS Technical Leadership Program in Manufacturing - designed to educate the next generation of technical leaders for America’s industrial future. Each student who transfers to the SIUC College of Engineering and is selected for the program will receive a:
  • $14,000 scholarship towards tuition and fees ($8,000 during the first 2 semesters and $6,000 for remaining semesters)
  • 6-month paid-internship position, including a leadership training course, with industrial partners between their first and second years
