A Note to Women:
Although this program is designed for men, women are welcome. Please note that due to their sensitive nature some programs may be intended for men only.

Session III
3:15 - 4:30 p.m.

How to Eliminate Yelling at Home . . . NO! SERIOUSLY!
Derek Randel.
Excessive yelling at—or from—children at home can make any parent feel as though he or she has lost control. Attend this session if you already want your children to move out on their own—and they’re still in middle school!

Choosing to Forgive
Irwin Aloff.
Forgiveness is the ultimate healing. Attend this interactive workshop to learn what forgiveness is—and what it isn’t. Furthermore, you will understand the rationale for refusing to forgive, in addition to the benefits of forgiveness.

Understanding How Cultural Differences Affect Relationships
Kenneth Kikuchi.
This experiential workshop will explore how our cultural backgrounds influence personal and professional relationships. Learn cultural competency by communicating with humility and openness.

The BreakThrough Experience
Rick Simon.
The BreakThrough Weekend is designed for men who have reached a personal impasse in their lives, or are “stuck” in an unhealthy situation or state of mind. More than 4,000 men have been able to “find a way out” by learning to remove blocks and create a healing spirit in order to build stronger relationships and brighter lives.

Spiritual Renewal and Healing in the Wilderness
John Lionberger.
Spending time in the wilderness, even atheists learn there is Something Bigger Than We Are – though they may not call it God. This presentation addresses the power of nature and the timelessness of the wilderness experience as a spiritual conduit. Learn how to take this power back to your daily lives.

Pornography: Harmless Hobby or Infidelity?
Kenn Skorupa.
This presentation will examine the prevalence of pornographic images in today’s media and consider the impact of such images on relationships.

Surrender, Accept, and Adjust (Utilizing the Power Within)
Darryl Stallings.
