Windows
Applications (DPR A23-01) provides instruction in managing files,
customizing the desktop, and creating folders and shortcuts. Basic
Word applications also will be covered. Four-week class meets 1 -
4:45 p.m., Sundays, starting Jan. 9, at the Ray Hartstein Campus,
7701 N. Lincoln Ave., Skokie. Course fee is $150.
Upgrade
and Repair Your Own PC (DPR A89-01) provides the skills needed
to install memory and solve a variety of computer problems. Two-week
course meets 12 - 3:45 p.m., Sundays, starting Jan. 30, at the Des
Plaines campus, 1600 E. Golf Road. Course fee is $130.
Introduction to MS Excel (DPR A84-01) familiarizes students
with this popular spreadsheet software. Four-week class meets 1 -
4:45 p.m., Sundays, starting Jan. 9, at the Des Plaines campus. Course
fee is $150.
Access
(DPR A71-01) provides an introduction to relational databases. Four-week
class meets 5:15 - 9 p.m., Thursdays, starting Jan. 20, at the Des
Plaines campus. Course fee is $150.
