Oakton Sponsors Spirituality Conference

Strengthen your spirit by attending the workshop, "Connecting with Spirit: A Women's Spirituality Conference," 10 a.m. - 4 p.m., Saturday, Feb. 3, at the North Shore Senior Center, 161 Northfield Road, Northfield. Conference topics include: "Seeing with your Eyes Closed: Body-Focused Imagery," "Journaling as Soul Conversation," "Prayer: An Intentional Opening to the Divine," "Meditation for Everyday Living," and "The Power of Forgiveness."
