Adult
students whose native language is not English are invited to register
for English as a Second Language (ESL) spring classes,
offered through Oakton Community College's Alliance for Lifelong Learning.
The free classes meet in Evanston and start the week of Jan. 14. Daytime
and evening sessions are offered.
Free
ESL classes are designed for adults 16 years and older who currently
are not enrolled in high school. Students must register in person
to be admitted to the ESL classes. Identification and Social Security
number, if available, are required at registration.
