Tai
Chi (PED E30-71) demonstrates an ancient form of exercise
to reduce stress. Tai Chi is best practiced in loose clothing and
stocking feet. This 11-week course meets 1:15 - 2:15 p.m., Mondays,
starting Jan. 9. Course fee is $132.
Advanced
Tai Chi (PED E31-71) further challenges students to enhance
their level of awareness and relaxation. Advanced Tai Chi is best

meets 12 - 1 p.m., Mondays, starting Jan. 9. Course fee is $132.
Oakton's
