Tai
Chi (PED E30-73) teaches peaceful exercise techniques and
is best practiced in loose clothing and stocking feet, or comfortable
flat shoes. Six-week course meets 1:15 - 2:15 p.m., Monday, starting
April 14. Course fee is $72.
Advanced
Tai Chi (PED E31-72) further challenges students to enhance
their level of awareness and relaxation. Advanced Tai Chi is best
practiced in loose clothing and stocking feet. Six-week course meets
12 - 1 p.m., Monday, starting April 14. Course fee is $72.
The
Legend of John Ford (HUM B46-71) examines the life and works
of the inspirational Academy Award-winning director. Films to be screened
and discussed include: Stagecoach (1939), The Grapes
of Wrath (1940), How Green Was My Valley (1941), and
The Man Who Shot Liberty Valance (1962). Six-week course
meets 9:30 a.m. - 12:45 p.m., Friday, starting April 18. Course fee
is $100.
