Oakton Emeritus Program Offers Friday Classes
Start your spring weekends with a class in art or political science offered by the Emeritus Program at Oakton Community College. All featured courses meet at Oakton's Ray Hartstein Campus, 7701 N. Lincoln Ave., Skokie.
Sketching and Watercolor (ART D07-71) allows students to explore the exciting world of watercolor painting. Seven-week course meets Fridays, 10 a.m. - 12 p.m., starting March 23. Course fee is $90.
The International Week in Review with George Lungu (PSE B04-71) offers an analysis of global current events. Bring your lunch and get a better understanding of foreign affairs. Eight-week course meets Fridays, 1 - 2:30 p.m., starting March 23. Course fee is $90.
