Oakton Emeritus Program Offers Holistic Course
Enroll in a new holistic health course founded on Jewish teachings offered by the Emeritus Program at Oakton Community College.
Body, Mind, Spirit (PHL E68-71) offers self-reflective techniques based on the wisdom of Jewish sages. Experience a whole-person approach to realizing increased health and well-being at any age. Three-week course meets Wednesdays, 10 - 11 a.m., starting May 2, at Oakton's Ray Hartstein Campus, 7701 N. Lincoln Ave., Skokie. Course fee is $70.
