Improve Your Health and Well Being

Register now for life enrichment and wellness courses offered by Oakton's Alliance for Lifelong Learning (ALL). Classes are scheduled at various times and locations.

Understanding Osteoporosis (HEA E67, Touch-Tone 05149) explores ways to prevent bone deterioration, the "silent thief." Topics include the role of nutrition, exercise and hormone replacement therapy. This class meets from

Holistic Massage (PED E67) teaches classic bodywork techniques that create restfulness and a sense of harmony. Students practice these techniques on each other in a safe and comfortable environment. Two, four-week sections begin in October.

Registrations are also accepted by fax at (847) 635-1448 and in person in Room 1420 at the Des Plaines campus, 1600 E. Golf Rd., and Room A120 at the Ray Hartstein Campus, 7701 N. Lincoln Ave., Skokie. Touch-Tone and fax registrations require payment using a major credit card (Visa, MasterCard or Discover).
