Build Your Future at Oakton Community College
Become a real estate salesperson in a matter of weeks by enrolling in Oakton Community College's Real Estate Transactions (REL A18) course.
This flexible, home-study system offered by the Real Estate Institute at Oakton prepares students to take the state real estate exam. No classroom attendance is required, but students must schedule and attend a proctored final exam at the Testing Center at Oakton.
Students may enroll and begin home-study classes any time before July 8. Coursework and testing must be completed by July 29. Students must register in person at the Des Plaines campus, 1600 E. Golf Road, or Ray Hartstein Campus, 7701 N. Lincoln Ave., Skokie.
