Broadway Comes Alive at Oakton

Performing Arts at Oakton presents "Something Old, Something New," a program of favorite Broadway songs, at 8 p.m., Saturday, Feb. 26. Soprano Eileen Berman takes the main stage at Oakton Community College, 1600 E. Golf Road, Des Plaines, to perform selections from Phantom of the Opera, My Fair Lady, West Side Story, and others.

Berman is an Oakton adjunct music faculty member who has appeared with the North Shore Center for the Performing Arts, Chicago Chamber Orchestra, Chicago Opera Theater, and Skokie Valley Symphony Orchestra. She will be joined for "Something Old, Something New" by piano accompanist John Cina, cellist Judy Stone, and baritone Michael O'Brien.

General admission tickets for this performance are $8. To reserve tickets, call the Oakton Box Office at 847-635-1900.
