Visit Cubs Spring Training on Oakton Tour
Combine the breathtaking sights of the southwestern United States with a preview of the 2009 Chicago Cubs on a travel/study tour offered by Oakton Community College. This trip departs in March.
Marvel at the expansive beauty of the Grand Canyon, the most visited national park in North America. In Arizona, view the red-rock monoliths of Sedona. Then, a four-day stop in Mesa includes two spring training games featuring the 2008 National League Central champion Chicago Cubs. Visit Las Cruces, New Mexico, a crossroads of Hispanic, Indian and American cultures, and the world’s largest gypsum dune field at White Sands National Monument.
