Registration Available for Oakton Fall Classes
Registration continues for fall 2006 classes at Oakton Community College. Classes start Monday, Aug. 21 and many new degrees and certificates have been added to more than 100 existing programs. New programs include Facilities Engineering, Substance Abuse Counseling, Customer Service, and Desktop Publishing Professional.
Fall semester class listings may be found online at www.oakton.edu, or in the Fall 2006 Credit Class Schedule, which may be picked up at either Oakton campus, 1600 E. Golf Road, Des Plaines, or 7701 N. Lincoln Ave., Skokie.
Effective May 29 through Aug. 13, Oakton will observe summer hours, closing to all activity on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays. In-person registration at either campus is Monday through Thursday, 8:30 a.m. - 7 p.m. Students with an application on file may register online at my.oakton.edu.
