Oakton Offers Health Care Info Sessions
Students interested in pursuing careers in the health care field are invited to attend a variety of free information sessions during the month of September at both campuses of Oakton Community College, 1600 E. Golf Road, Des Plaines, and 7701 N. Lincoln Ave., Skokie.
Sessions are designed to showcase Oakton's degree and certificate programs in a variety of health care disciplines. Faculty members will be on hand to discuss course requirements and industry trends.
Upcoming health career program info sessions at Oakton include:
Nursing, 5:30 p.m., Thursday, Sept. 6 (Skokie);
Physical Therapist Assistant, 6:30 p.m., Wednesday, Sept. 12 (Des Plaines);
MLT and Phlebotomy, 3:30 p.m., Monday Sept. 17, (Des Plaines); and *
