OAKTON COURSES EXPLAIN BASIC IMMIGRATION LAW AND PROCEDURES
Learn about various aspects of immigration law by enrolling in classes offered by Oakton’s Alliance for Lifelong Learning (ALL).
Seven courses are offered this spring that discuss the documents and requirements for working and residing in the United States, including temporary and H-lb visas, fiancée/fiancé visa petitions, green cards, lawful permanent residency and U. S. citizenship. These courses include So, You Want to Come to the U.S. and Stay (BUB E03); So, You Want to Work in the U.S. (BUB E05); and So, You Want to Become a U.S. Citizen (BUB E09).
The fee is $29 per course. Information about each class, including specific
meeting dates and times, can be obtained by calling the ALL Office at (847)
