Real estate professionals can earn CEUs (continuing education units) for license renewal by enrolling in courses offered this fall by Oakton's Alliance for Lifelong Learning. Most of the classes are conveniently scheduled on Saturday mornings, beginning in late September, at both Oakton campuses in Des Plaines and Skokie.Courses for salespersons and brokers include License Law/Escrow (REL E44), Agency/Fair Housing (REL E49), Home Inspection Techniques (REL E84), Risk Reduction (REL E91), Real Estate Survivor (REL E92), and Real Estate Construction Law (REL E28). In addition to REL E28, real estate appraisers may enroll in Uniform Standards of Appraisal Practice (REL E82).
