SAIL OUT TO SEA WITH OAKTON EMERITUS CLASS


Oakton Community College's Emeritus Program offers a brand new seminar for its winter 2002 session.

Major Sea Battles of World War II (HIS E75-71, Touch-Tone 07975) offers an in-depth look at many of the critical naval engagements that helped the Allies achieve victory. Battles from Pearl Harbor to the Leyte Gulf in the Pacific will be discussed. The class meets from 2 - 3 p.m. on six Fridays, beginning Feb. 15. The course fee is $70.

Emeritus classes meet at the Ray Hartstein Campus, 7701 N. Lincoln Ave., Skokie. In-district students age 60 and older pay half the listed fee. Persons who have registered for an ALL class within the last five years may use the Touch-Tone phone registration system.
