Oakton Community College will observe "summer hours" starting May 30, closing to all activity on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays through August 15. The College will resume standard hours of operation on Monday, August 18.

Registration for summer credit classes continues at the Des Plaines campus, 1600 E. Golf Road, and Ray Hartstein Campus, 7701 N. Lincoln Avenue, Skokie. Eight-week courses begin the week of June 2 and seven-week courses begin the week of June 9.

Also available are "interim courses," which last one to five weeks and start between the end of the spring semester and the beginning of the summer semester. Consult the Summer Credit Class Schedule for course specifics.

During "summer hours," students may register for courses in person at both campuses Monday through Thursday, 8:30 a.m. - 8 p.m. Online registration also is available at http://webreg.oakton.edu. Students who have applied to or have attended Oakton within the last three years may use the Touch-Tone registration system Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. - 10 p.m. and Saturday and Sunday from 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. To register by phone, dial 847-635-1616 and refer to the computer ID number listed in the Summer Credit Class Schedule.
