Explore the famous Italian region of Tuscany on a nine-day study/travel tour offered by Oakton Community College. Trip departs on June 15, 2006.

Visit historic Assisi and tour the magnificent Basilica of St. Francis. Then, travel to the beautiful city of Florence and view Michelangelo's masterpiece, David, at the Academy Gallery. Attend a Tuscan feast featuring traditional cuisine, wines, and melodies. Journey to the historic city of Sienna, known for its stunning palaces and mansions, and enjoy a winery tour. Visit local shops and restaurants, and visit one of the many thermal spas in Montecatini Terme. An optional two-night Rome excursion also is available.
