Bed and Breakfast Operations is the capstone course in the Nation's
first Certificate program in Bed and Breakfast Operations Management at
Oakton Community College in Des Plaines, Illinois. This course was
developed for the Internet in the Summer of 1998 by Associate Professor
Ronald J. Thomas. Professor Thomas developed the Bed
and Breakfast Operations Management Certificate Program in 1994 and
former students are now operating bed and breakfast facilities in Illinois,
Wisconsin, New Mexico,
Missouri and even Ireland! |
