The following resources provide a variety of valuable information and support.
We encourage you to take a look at these sites for help with such issues as stress,
anxiety, depression, and suicide. Ulifeline is geared to the college community.
On Ulifeline, you can take a 10 minute mental health self-evaluator about
yourself or a friend, and based on your test results, you will receive helpful
suggestions and referrals.

Local Community Mental Health Services
These agencies can provide students with psychiatric evaluations, individual,
couple and family counseling; some will also prescribe medications. Appointments
are necessary, though some centers have emergency numbers if you need to be seen
quickly. Fees are typically based upon income offering a "sliding scale" fee.
Counselors can provide you with a more extensive list of resources and/or assist
you with the referral process.
