Biography

Judd Renken has taught many of the courses Oakton Philosophy and Humanities offers.  Over the last few years he has especially enjoyed teaching World Mythologies and Philosophy of Religion.  He also teaches Public Speaking and Philosophy at Harold Washington College.  As a graduate student, he completed two Master’s programs.  Judd Renken also has a Certificate in Women’s Studies.  He has taught at DePaul University, Loyola University, Malcolm X College, and several other City of Chicago Community Colleges.  His focus is on teaching; however, he continues to attempt to make a contribution to Heidegger Studies.

Last day to withdraw with a "W" (no withdrawals after mid-term). Students will receive a grade in all courses in which they are enrolled after July 7.

Incomplete (I) grades from spring 2015 semester for which faculty have not submitted final grades will become an "F" after this date.

July 30
Classes end.

August 3
Faculty grading due.

August 3
Second summer interim classes begin.

August 17
Faculty return for fall 2015 semester.
