The General Contractor has started work on site. Demolition work is complete. Framing installation and mechanical, electrical and plumbing (MEP) rough-in is ongoing and is expected to continue for several months.

Kluber Architects has provided construction documents to Oakton for review. The project is expected to go out to bid in June.

Student Affairs, Information Technology and Access and Disability Resource Center (ADRC) Office Renovations (Des Plaines Floor 2)

The Des Plaines Testing Center has temporarily moved to TenHoeve room 1610.

The Des Plaines Access and Disability Resource Center (ADRC) office has temporarily moved to room 2548.

Phase 1 projects for the IT Hub, Testing Center, and ADRC are expected to be completed in late May. Furniture Installation is scheduled for the week of May 27. Departments are expected to move into their new spaces in June.

Phase 2 projects for the Office of Student Affairs, Workforce Development, Bookstore, and Welcome Center are in design.
