Science Olympiad - hands-on competition for grades 6 - 12 students  This competition emphasizes biology, chemistry, earth science, and physics. It also combines these disciplines in engineering and technology applications. Regional competitions are held across the country to determine best teams to compete at the state level. The winning team from each state competes for a national prize.
