Apply as a Returning Student
You’re a “returning student” If you’ve taken classes at Oakton anytime in the past. The steps you’ll take to apply depend on how long it’s been since you last studied here.
- If you’ve taken an Oakton class within the past three years, there’s no need to submit an application—simply register for class.
- If your last class at Oakton was more than three years ago, you’ll need to submit the application for admission. However, you won’t have to pay the application fee.
Apply online or download the application. - If you’re only taking summer classes, apply as a summer-only student.
- If you’re a veteran of the U.S. Armed Forces, be sure to check our services and information for veterans.
