The resources listed below provide valuable information and support. Check out these sites for help with issues such as stress, anxiety, depression, and suicide. Geared to the college community, U Lifeline offers a 10-minute mental health evaluation about yourself or a friend, and based on the test results, helpful suggestions and referrals.

Local Mental Health Services
These agencies provide psychiatric evaluations and individual, couple and family counseling. Some also prescribe medication. Appointments are necessary, although each center has an emergency number if you need to be seen quickly. Fees typically are based on income using a "sliding scale." Counselors can provide a more extensive list of resources and/or assist you with the referral process.
