Oakton’s academic advisors are ready and willing to assist students with their educational needs. Whether you are seeking a certificate to enhance your job skills or a degree to transfer to a four-year institution, advisors will meet with you and help you with your academic planning.

Being a college student can be stressful. Counselors are available to give students the opportunity to examine their lives and environment, so that they can make the most of their time at Oakton.

If you have holds due to an outstanding balance, academic probation, library, or parking fines, you must take care of them BEFORE registering. To check your account, log on to myOakton and select the Student Services tab. Choose “Student Records,” and then “View Holds.” For more help contact the Enrollment Center at either campus.
