Raiders
Land Talented Maine East Guard
Reloading for the 2008-09 season, the Raiders signed guard Antoinette
Collman to a letter of intent. Collman comes to Oakton from Maine East
High School, where she played for three seasons and served as captain
as a junior and senior. During her final season at Maine East, she was
recognized as team MVP and honored as an all-conference player by the

“We’re getting a great player
who has one of the most impressive jump shots I’ve ever seen,”
said Rich Bolinder, Raiders head coach. “I love her speed and
her ability to get to the basket and finish.”
In 2007-08, the Raiders finished 17-13
overall and 9-5 in Illinois Skyway Collegiate Conference play.
