Oakton Undergoes Accreditation Reaffirmation in 2017

(April 28, 2017) Oakton Community College solicits third-party comments from the community as it undergoes reaffirmation of its accreditation from the Higher Learning Commission (HLC). The HLC will review the college’s ongoing ability to meet the commission's criteria for accreditation, and a site visit is scheduled from Sept. 24 to 26.

As part of the process, the college invites the public to submit comments by August 25, 2017, regarding the college, addressing substantive matters related to the quality of the institution or its academic programs, to the following address:
