Workforce Development and Corporate Training

Oakton Community College offers a full range of cost-effective, high-quality training solutions that can be delivered on campus. The Workforce Solutions team can design and deliver business solutions to support your organization’s efforts to educate, train and retain a skilled workforce that will drive business results.

  • Industry-specific customized training, assessment and continuing education.
  • Professional skill development.

  • Event planning for conferences, seminars, workshops, symposiums, training sessions and more.
  • Multipurpose event room rental with flexible seating for groups as small as 16 and as large as 800.
  • Job training classes approved by the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA).
