Oakton's human resources (HR) team is dedicated to working with our faculty and staff to ensure they have what they need to deliver for our students and community every day.

From helping to fill Oakton's staff with talented and passionate individuals to ensuring our team has access to benefits, our HR professionals help keep Oakton running.

In addition to leading orientation programs for new staff members, the HR team also works with the College's Center for Professional Development (CPD) to coordinate training and employee development programs. These professional development workshops are available so that Oakton employees can improve and refine their skills in areas such as technology, pedagogy, strategic planning, communications, and leadership. The CPD can also set up and facilitate internal departmental training programs.
