At Oakton College, we are committed to cultivating a diverse, equitable, and inclusive campus where every individual has the opportunity to thrive. The Office of Institutional Equity and Inclusion (IEI) leads efforts to foster an environment that values all perspectives, backgrounds, and identities.
We work to ensure that Oakton College is a place where all students, employees, and community members feel valued and supported. Through strategic initiatives, policy revisions, and educational programs, we aim to institutionalize equity across the college.
