Human Resource Specialist Certificate

Human resources play a vital role in how companies work because they help and take care of the most important part of any company – its workers. Oakton's Human Resource Specialist Program teaches you the basics for a career in HR and helps you earn certificates that companies recognize. Even if you already have a bachelor's degree and work, this program can help you gain important skills for starting a career in human resources or improving your existing skills.

Courses in the program cover extensive topics in human resource management, such as:
