Venue and Facility Details

You can rent space at Oakton to host almost any kind of meeting event. Our flexible facilities can be outfitted with different seating arrangements based on your needs. With our services and helpful venue features, Oakton can help you take your event to the next level.

A variety of meetings spaces are available at Oakton, including:

  • Multipurpose event rooms with flexible seating configurations for hundreds of guests.
  • Breakout rooms for smaller groups.
  • Computer labs and high-tech instructional spaces.

What's Included

Seating Arrangement Options

Large event spaces can be arranged for 300 guests in banquet style, 800 in auditorium style, or 500 in classroom style.

Breakout Rooms

Smaller event spaces can be set up for 16 to 64 guests.

Equipment and Technology

State-of-the-art audio-visual equipment is available for usage during your event.

Onsite Support

Knowledgeable technical support staff is standing by to assist you.

Media Services

Basic media services are included with the venue rental rate.


Catering for your event is available through Oakton's onsite catering service.
