If you're aiming to lose weight, increase your muscle mass or find a workout routine that's right for you, personal training is available on the Des Plaines campus.

Our affordable, personal training sessions are tailored to meet your individual needs and offered in two-, four-, and six-session formats. Even better, when you register for four or six sessions, you get a free membership to the Fitness Center for the semester.

We offer individual personal training and personal training for two, so you and a partner can get fit together.

Individual Personal Training

Looking for a trainer to provide expert instruction and motivation for your workouts? We've got you covered. A personal trainer will give you one-on-one attention and insights that will inspire and guide your workouts well past the training sessions.

Personal Training for Two

Want to build a workout routine with a partner? Personalized instruction is also available for groups of two. You and a partner of your choice will work together with the trainer to develop key exercise routines and practices that will have you working together seamlessly to get fit.

Both trainees will get free membership to the Fitness Center with this package.
